I’ve had good and bad experiences. My first project team was very nice and supportive. The second project team had a very bad experience with the leads. No one at the higher level is willing to listen, even if you try to raise a complaint about what you’ve silently endured for the past few months. The moment you speak up or ask about your issue and ask for a project roll-off, they start making your life difficult. The level of internal politics is extremely toxic. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and disheartening experience, and then I resigned.
