The key thing about Accenture is the confidence that you are working with very competent people. There have been only rare exceptions where someone wasn't pulling their weight or simply wasn't smart enough to get the task done. Compared to what I hear from others, this puts Accenture far ahead of other employers.
Travel can get strenuous, and you are essentially expected to give your life to the job. There are down periods, but when things are busy, there is rarely a moment to relax.
Plan projects more in line with realistic expectations, rather than set expectations that the consultants and developers don't agree with.
They are the ones that have to do the real grunt work in the end; respect their estimates.
