Pros

They care very deeply about ensuring you are happy in the location you are working at.

They want to ensure you have something to do.

They offer training and are constantly looking for new opportunities for their people.

Senior management likes to connect with people of all career levels on a constant basis.

There are great chances of travel, with benefits like Hilton stays and such.

They make sure you get your weekends.

You will be recognized for your work.

For the most part, it's a very good work-life balance.

Their culture and attitudes toward open-minded environments are incredibly true to heart.

Cons

Senior management sometimes thinks that meetings are more important than getting things done. You have to be prepared to take the good with the bad. You have to meet deadlines no matter what, and it can interfere with work-life balance. Bringing on offshore resources that aren't always the best for the situation.

Advice to Management

Listen more to your people on the ground, and work with them to find more realistic and new solutions.

Also try to ensure that they are comfortable with the work they are given.
