I feel like more than just a number
Wide selection of opportunities. The wide range of technology needs and demands leads to many opportunities if you are willing to put in the work.
The biggest con in technology at Accenture is the same as in most any technology job: constant learning and rapidly changing technology place high demands on the ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
I believe that senior leadership is doing a good job directing the company, starting ahead in a rapidly changing technology landscape. But Accenture is more than a technology company.
