Great people. The teams are what made the projects.
Work/life balance from an hours standpoint isn't too bad. You'll have heavy weeks and you'll have some lighter weeks, but all in all it isn't crazy.
Project dependent, but you'll get to travel to some really cool places. If you have big workshops for your clients, it may mean international travel too.
Heavy dependency on projects; if you're on great teams and the projects aren't too demanding on the client-side, you'll have a blast. However, there isn't much standardization on a project-by-project basis; they're all run differently.
You're constantly traveling. Again, project-specific, but you may be doing the M-Th every week while you're staffed on a client, which gets draining. The company is moving slowly towards more WFH, but again, this is project-specific.

It was four rounds of interview. First was just to talk to a representative, and the second was to do a live coding question. Then I had to discuss the effectiveness of a code with interviewers in the 3rd round, and the last round was just talking wi
20-minute brief call with recruiter to run over the program. Final round interviews were two, 45-minute interviews, one being behavioral. Got the call for the offer fast after only a few days.
