Some projects play dirty politics, especially the CIO (internal project). People sitting at higher levels have ego issues, and they will play politics when you raise concerns, even for human rights.
Accenture should take care of its reputation. They should check the matter from the ground level. One committee should be arranged to avoid dirty politics because HRs are not supporting lower-level people.
