I enjoy the team and being able to learn on the job. You can actually grow your career at Accenture and follow a path of where you want to go career-wise. There's career counseling, and your supervisor will help you to grow and reach your goals. I highly recommend working here when starting out from college. Also, the people here are very helpful, so the culture is very positive. Accenture looks to having a diverse culture, combats racism, and has really great training opportunities for your career.
The pay is low when starting out, but once you get more experience in your field, I'm sure it will be higher over time.
Great for a new college grad.
It would be nice to have higher competitive pay compared to other companies.
