I have been working here for the last 6.5 years. Compensation totally depends on your performance. In the last six years, I've received approximately a 15-20% hike every year. There are ample projects, latest technologies, a supportive environment, and free shuttle service.
Not company-wise, but overall, it depends upon the project and manager you are tagged to.
