Accenture provides stable work. When your project ends, you remain "on the bench" for a time while you look for another project. Most projects are flexible and allow working from home. There are many programs encouraging work-life balance. There are great opportunities for people right out of college.

Accenture does not provide as much training as they say they do, outside of the consulting workforce. Work has a tendency to get shipped overseas. Pay is typically below market value. The promotion process can get long and drawn out. A promotion may be used as an incentive to work harder, but it may take several months before it is actually given.

Do not cut costs when it comes to compensating your better employees.
