Pathetic work environment and overtime work with no pay
I didn't feel any pros working with Accenture.
Employees are treated like machines or robots, precisely. Managers use curse words in Teams calls. Leave requests are rejected, stating the team has more work, even though we haven't taken leave for the past year. Every day, we work nine and a half hours, and they make us work an additional three hours daily with no extra pay. Life has been pathetic.
Please consider employees as human beings.
