Good to start for freshers. All clients or businesses are from the USA, so you will more likely get a night shift. Saturday and Sunday are off. You will learn Excel and Word, although the job will be challenging.
Less salary with too many expectations. No leaves other than planned leaves. You can't even take sick leave in case you want. In Accenture, salaries are already decided. No matter how much you work, you won't get more than the cap. They will give you unexpected targets which you can't achieve in the shift hours. So, they will ask you to extend the shift and work. Too much politics, poor management. People in senior positions are very egoistic.
Appoint leads who are admirable.
Great experience. They just ask some basic accounting knowledge questions and you have to write one online exam. If you are selected in both, you will be interviewed face-to-face with HR in the final round.
This was way back in 2019, and it was a one-day hiring process. Skills assessment came first, like grammar and mathematics. Then, I got a call for a phone interview. Ultimately, a job offer.
The interview process was pretty easy, but the entire hiring process took a long time. It was a long waiting process; it took me two months to wait. But overall, the interview was pretty easy. The waiting process was worth it.
