30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager.
In-person interview with 3 people that was pretty straightforward.
I then got a call from the recruiter at 1:30 in the morning saying they wanted me to meet the CEO that day. When I said I was unable to do that on such short notice, they set me up on a phone call with the CEO.
The CEO asked me if I had met anyone already and what I was interviewing for. He basically had no idea why he was on the phone with me or what position I was interviewing for.
They then tried to string me along and just never gave any feedback or answers.
I'm a pro, and they came off as amateur hour.
