Cons: - Heavy reliance on QA. - Scared of deployments. - A little too many meetings for a place trying to move quickly. - The Portland office is a little cluttered. - I feel a bit disconnected from coworkers at HQ. - A little worried regarding hearing about "meeting runway" recently.

Pros: Culture is amazing, and growth is happening every day. There's unlimited PTO, and managers who care about you. I love working here; it has been the most enjoyable company I have worked at. There is always something new to learn, and it feels great to work on a project that is helping people.

Cons: Some politics still seen within the company. Pay could be more competitive with Portland salaries.
