Process
Resume drop online. Within two days, I had a recruiter phone screen me. That led to a phone interview with the team manager, where we discussed personality and high-level work ethic type questions. That led to a 2.5-hour onsite with an hour of high-level technical questions (build a simple game app - no curve balls). That went well, and the final step was a 20-minute call with the CEO, where he asked surprisingly personal questions about my goals in life and my values. At the end, I was candid about my compensation, and they gave me an offer above what I required to accept!
