Pros: Great new office. Compensation is extremely competitive, and the set of benefits—while perhaps not including things like a "free massage room" or public transport—offers many concrete and helpful resources, services, and education reimbursements. What impresses me the most is that this company (and particularly the Basel office) probably has the highest number of "all-rounder" engineers. I see that most of the people can switch from backend to frontend, from one technology to another with confidence. It's a great environment to grow as a professional. Internal mobility is well supported by managers.

Cons: Not much to say. I am overall quite happy.

Pros: Adobe will let you do what you are good at and take care of all other things. A good balance of work and family. Great work places.

Cons: Don't know of any, at least not for me.

Pros: Best people. Good work culture.

Cons: Nothing as such. I feel that everything is as expected.
