Process

Written coding test 4 rounds of technical interview HR

It was the worst interview process I have ever seen in my career. They think the candidate needs their company, and the company doesn't need them.

I cleared all the rounds, and the recruiter (who would not reveal their name) called me after a few days and said, "We would like to onboard you. Please refer more people for this job." I said, "Sure." But after one week, when I followed up, he said, "We are still evaluating." Then he said, "You are on hold."

It took around 2 months, and then I dropped an email to follow up. He said, "We are taking another candidate at the moment."

Please respect candidates. They will accept the rejection, but your process will create a bad image for Adobe. See the feedback; everyone is writing the same thing about you. I don't know if in the future I will ever accept their interview call. I don't think so.
