The first step was a 60-minute online assessment which, in my opinion, asked for a pretty high level of competitive programming knowledge.
After that, although I was pretty confident, I did not pass the technical interview. I don't know if I got unlucky or not, but the questions seemed to me either tricky, very theory-oriented, or very specific about things I don't find quite important or very defining of one's knowledge (the kind of things that you would Google when you bump into them).
For the coding part, they asked me to reverse a linked list. This was a little underwhelming after passing their really difficult online assessment.
