I attended a career fair and submitted my resume. A technical recruiter contacted me after a few days, and I had an initial phone screening. The recruiter was very good, but I didn't do well in the phone screening due to lack of preparation. I liked both the technical recruiter's and the Adobe team's approach. They seem to be very kind, humble, and approachable.
