Process

Beware of the hiring biases being exhibited by some young, foreign-born interviewers. I had a first-round coding interview. The interviewer picked a difficult LeetCode problem. I still coded the problem completely online, as I had practiced it before. As the interviewer ran my code online, it produced the expected results. He even saved my code and the results. Still, I received a vague response from the recruiter, which completely contradicted my expectation of having flawlessly passed their coding test.

It appears junior interviewers may be using personal biases against age and race, potentially in violation of equal employment opportunity laws. Adobe seems to lack a fair, unbiased approach in its interviewing process. With other firms, when I have failed programming tests online, I could understand. However, in this case, I completed the program as expected, and it worked accurately right there.

Something seems very wrong at Adobe! Glowing reviews by other people are likely planted by HR.

Questions

LeetCode #210: Course Prerequisites.

Given the total number of courses and a list of prerequisite pairs, return the ordering of courses.

The interviewer could not articulate the problem as clearly as described on LeetCode.
