Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bucharest, Romania
Process
Technically average, but professional when addressing technical questions.
However, there was a bad experience regarding soft skills with managers.
They are still arrogant and assert things based on their "feelings," which are mostly wrong.
I have a few colleagues who were rejected for various reasons, such as:
- Not targeting big companies in the past
- Not senior enough to do coaching
- Not having 5 open-source contributions
