Four, in the end, five rounds of 30-minute interviews.
In each interview, I had to give a rundown of my CV. It was confusing that the first two interviewers did not have my CV, and it took the first couple of minutes to share it. Because of this, they asked me to have an additional round where I had to introduce myself again.
Throughout the whole process, no real technical questions were asked (i.e., no coding challenges, no take-home assignments, nothing).
After some time, I received an email stating: "Adobe has decided to close this role based on changing business priorities and related staffing needs. As such, we are unfortunately no longer hiring for this position."
What a time waste.
Tell me about yourself.
Literally just this in various variations.
