Process

This was an on-campus opportunity that started with an online assessment. Candidates who qualified moved on to a two-month career guidance program called SHECODES. After completing the program, interviews were conducted.

The Technical Round (TR) lasted around 45 minutes, followed by a 10-minute HR round for those who successfully cleared the technical interview.

Questions

The coding question asked was regarding Stock Buy and Sell III.

Pros: Great environment, great mentor, great team. People are very helpful and nice, and you work on meaningful projects. You work with the latest technology, and you will learn a lot of new stuff here.

Cons: Quite low payment in Romania compared to other countries. The team was very okay, but the HR didn't really pay attention to the interns, not until the end.
