Adobe Work Experiences

Great people, great culture

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania

Pros: I like it a lot that people are genuinely passionate about what they're doing. I've personally never perceived it as a job, but rather as a way of doing what you love.

Cons: Sharing knowledge and reusing the codebase amongst different teams could be improved. Sometimes you reinvent the wheel, even though someone else in the company has most probably already done something similar in the past.

Great Company to Work for, as long as you like what you do

Software Engineer • Former Employee

Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania

Pros: Good compensation, great benefits, smart people, and a good work culture.

Cons: Some projects have very old or unpleasant tech stacks. If you want to work with stuff that's exciting and new, then options can be pretty limited.
