Pros: The entire process was very well executed, and lunch was arranged by Adobe in their cafeteria.
Cons: You will have to struggle to get feedback on your interview.
I went through all the rounds at the Bangalore office. The HR person told me they would give feedback on a later call, as it was already very late. However, I did not get any feedback after a lot of follow-up.
