They called me on-site right away. They told me they would conduct initial interviews and decide based on those whether to proceed with further interviews. This was inconvenient, as a phone screen would have been preferable to an on-site interview that wasn't fully completed. I waited for about 45 minutes before HR came to pick me up. Subsequently, I waited another 45 minutes before the interviewer arrived and interviewed me. The questions were adequate, but the overall process was slow.
