Process

I met candidates at a Career Fair and conducted an on-campus interview, which they passed. This led to an on-site interview that lasted two days. The company paid for all transportation, lodging, and food for out-of-state and international students.

On the first day, there was a career fair event where candidates met with various Adobe groups and indicated their preferences.

The second day involved personal interviews with groups where there was a mutual interest.
