I sent my resume over Indeed.com and received a response after 3-4 weeks of waiting. I had a chat with the team lead in the department about my qualifications.
Then, I was contacted by another recruiter from Adobe regarding a different position and scheduled an interview. I passed the interview quite well; the interviewer told me he would definitely recommend me for hire. But again, nothing followed.
Finally, I was contacted by yet another person from Adobe. I explained what happened, and she told me that it's not uncommon at Adobe and that I would be contacted again by another team. This was my last conversation with them. Nothing followed.
I think the hiring process there is in complete disarray.
