Online tech test (20 MCQ, 10 Programming in 120 Minutes)
Three rounds of at least hour-long technical interviews in the Noida office. The interviewers were not trained; they were a group of employees who searched for questions on the internet and expected the same answers from candidates.

Cons: Nothing as such. But they can have better transport and lunch facilities.

The company is heading toward new technologies. A few good products are already there which can have a very bright future, like mobile banking, MVNs, etc.

Cons: 1. Sometimes, a very hectic schedule arises if the client has demands.
