Pros: 1. They work on the latest technologies, so there is lots of scope to learn new things. You can even choose which product to work on after some time.
2. You get to work with some of the smartest (and nicest) people in the industry.
3. Flexible work timings.
4. Transportation facility provided.
5. Beautiful campus, with a gym, library, games room, basketball and cricket fields, etc.
6. Close to the metro station.
Cons: 1. A software engineer role can get boring if you're not in the "right" team.
2. You'll have to do a lot of black box testing, so be prepared!
3. Pretty weak HR.
