Pros: I love working for Adobe. The company focuses on individual growth and provides almost constant opportunities for development. Couple this with the focus on work-life balance, and you have an almost perfect company.
Cons: My only complaint is the open floor plan. As an engineer, a private, quiet workspace is essential to my job performance and satisfaction.

Some teams are nice.
Cons: Go on Romania's Glassdoor, UndeLucrăm, and read there with Google Translate. I'm not wasting any more time for this incompetent company.
