I was shocked to hear I got rejected.
I still believe that I was an extremely strong candidate.

Pros: Benefits and work-life balance were really good.
Cons: Not enough emphasis on education and growing within the company. They have benefits that give you a stipend for educational materials, but I wish it was more of a cultural thing.

Pros: 1. Good place to work for bachelors. You get complimentary lunch and dinner.
2. A good amount of development happens out of the Noida office, and you feel you are part of something very big.
3. Best place to work for in North India. Salaries are competitive, and you get a good number of stock units.
4. If you do well, your contribution is frequently recognized through bonuses.
5. Well connected by shuttle service to Noida metro, which makes commuting easy from any place in the NCR region.
Cons: This is totally my assessment of Noida, but in my understanding, it is not a safe place to live. I will suggest traveling from outside of Noida, which can take time depending on where you live.
