Pros: - Opportunity to forget about WLB and use 100% of your time to work.
- You learn how to play office politics.
- You learn how to push back when coworkers were calling you over the weekend.
Cons: Nepotism toward Indians.
Low salary, but you get a chance to enjoy the next level of toxic culture from Amazon.
You have to work 7 days a week, 12 hours per day, otherwise you will get PIP or silent layoff.
Top performers who are actually producing won’t get promoted. You have to be Indian and learn how to backstab; politics is the key to success here.
