Pros: Great workplace, awesome office, wonderful team.
Cons: Work sometimes felt slow, but that can be chalked up to being an intern. The only gripe I had was that at the conclusion of the internship, HR promised "some kind of update" on return offers (even if you didn't get one) by a certain date. This was a completely self-imposed deadline on their part. They then proceeded to completely disregard their commitment to that deadline.

Pros: Outstanding culture. All of the employees that I interacted with were very kind and pleasurable to work with, and they were always open to set time aside to help me with my project.
Vast array of projects. Adobe has a lot of products that you can get involved with outside of your team. From what I saw, there are a lot of opportunities that you can take advantage of, and products that you can get off the ground.
Cons: No major cons, but as with a lot of big software companies, projects move really slowly at times. During my internship, I often got blocked by other teams in delivering the parts that were needed to move forward.
