Process
I went to my college's career fair, spoke with a representative, and gave her my resume. She called me back that night to schedule an on-campus interview for the next day.
The interview lasted exactly 30 minutes.
The first 10 minutes involved two coding questions, during which I wrote my code on paper while the interviewer observed my thought process.
The remainder of the time was spent discussing my previous internship experience and projects.
