Clearing each round does not mean you are selected in that round; it means you are eligible enough not to be rejected in that particular round.

After all 4 rounds, all the interviewers will set up a meeting to discuss your positive and negative or weak and strong areas, which also includes your behavior during the rounds. Then, they will collectively decide whether to select or reject you.
