Process

The technical interviews were purely technical. There were three technical interviews and one HR interview.

I enjoyed the process as it made me think a lot. They asked puzzles and made me write code.

Questions came from all CS subjects, such as Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, but frequent questions were from Data Structures and Algorithms.

Note that they want the exact answer, not a close one. However, they will guide you somewhat if you are stuck.

Questions

Here are some of the questions:

  1. Write a C program to delete a node from a tree.

  2. Merge two sorted linked lists to form a new sorted linked list without creating a new list, i.e., with least space complexity. Also, write its space and time complexity and test cases to test your code.

  3. How would you test a login page? Mention test cases.

  4. Three puzzles:

    • The first puzzle was the racing horse puzzle.
    • The second puzzle was the missionary cannibal problem.
    • The third puzzle is mentioned below: There are 10 containers marked 1 to 10. Each container contains 10 coins. Each coin weighs 100 grams, but one container has coins weighing 90 grams. Find that odd container in a single iteration.
