Software Quality Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

Process

  1. Contacted by HR via email.
  2. Phone screening with the hiring manager, where I was asked to code simple scenarios in C.
  3. Given a take-home assignment to complete before the onsite interview.
  4. Onsite interview scheduled for 6 hours; I had to fly to San Jose.
  5. Asked to create and present a presentation to a full team of 6 people.
  6. Followed by six one-on-one interview rounds.
  7. All interviews went well, and nothing too difficult was asked. I am still confused as to what was expected. I guess a single wrong answer or unsure response will be the basis for rejection.

Questions

Camera calibration, Questions on simple C++ problems, Debug a code, Test case scenarios, Lot of behavioral questions.
