Pros: Adobe is great. Join if the brand sounds attractive. Not many think so after the big tech layoffs these days.
On a side note, Accenture and Deloitte are more respectable in the consulting field.
Cons: Stay away from ACS or GDC service organization. That is Wipro in disguise.
This is the only department in Adobe India with petty politics. You will be in the cross-fire of ex-Wipro vs. ex-Capgemini and so on.
This is the best place to kill your talent if you happen to spend more than 5 years!
Forget C, C++, Python. You will need different languages to move up the ladder. You know what I mean. Old-timers think they are kings!

Employees are taken care of in general well-being.
Cons: Poor hike cycles.
Growth is limited, as leadership does not focus on professional growth.
