Pros: Good growth opportunities. Good salary. Employee-friendly environment. No strict dress code or office timings.

Cons: When I worked with Adobe, they didn't have their own building, so infrastructure was a concern. Then there was no proper food court, though the company provides free lunch to employees. And there wasn't any company transport. I believe most of it is resolved, as they have moved to their own building in a different location.
