Slow to change, too many processes sometimes to get things done. It could save a week's worth of time if some processes were not in place. Sometimes have to work with teams in different time zones, which in my opinion is lots of wasted time and less productive.
Promote people according to their work and not because they know upper management. Listen to your employees' ideas and give them a chance to work on them.
