Pros

Good office/spaces. I have been to a few offices globally. Good work culture overall, good, market-competitive pay, and good perks/package.

This includes standard things like a pension plan, life cover, health insurance, and day-offs. I have seen many employees there for more than 5, 10, 15, or 20 years.

Cons

Sometimes it's been isolated if your team is not local around you. You will feel people are in their silos if not working with them regularly, or maybe a remote work culture is hurting the cause.

Also, top management changes cause a spiral effect towards the bottom/end-user environment. I came onboard after one takeover from Adobe, so maybe it may impact your experience, but it's very common in such big companies, I believe.

But still, I would prefer Adobe over most of the employers I worked for. Not so many I worked for.

Advice to Management

Top management needs to check on bottom-level workers a bit more, I think. Mid-level management doesn't take a lot of steps or thoughts to make any changes or improvements there, as I see it.
