The interview had multiple steps and great questions. It included: * One phone screen * Multiple in-person interviews The interviews focused mostly on management experience, with less emphasis on engineering experience. I had one or two interviews

The process was simple and well-organized by the recruiter. Engineers, peer EMs, and the Hiring Manager were nice too. The executive/Director was smug and condescending. This executive was mocking my experience with regards to system scale.
