Mediocre salary with really bad management
- Pretty nice office and decent food options
Really toxic management and incompetent. People are not promoted based on merits rather based on how loud they promote their mediocre achievements and how much they kiss ass. The salary is not reflective of the amount of work you put in.
- Fire yourselves.
- Promote good people instead of good ass-lickers.
