Pros

Paying back to the community: generous donations to the homeless and poor children.

Different clubs to join.

Free gym, locker/shower room.

Mother's room.

Great internal training.

Cons
  • Poor direction in management.
  • Lack of creative thinking; now it's all about making money without a definite plan.
  • Laying off hundreds of employees without any clear plan and lying to the public.
  • Killing and shipping all great products to India, which will only maintain the products, not create new ideas.
Advice to Management

Now, it's all about gaming and video, plus subscriptions.

We are 3-4 years behind.

Buying small companies and destroying them in a few years isn't good management.

Have a clear idea of where you are going forward and move on with confidence.

Most people in the building are all confused and not sure where we are going.

Very disappointing to see our original Adobe spirit fading away.

Because of that, we lost so many bright people to Google and Apple.
