The products are awesome. There's an opportunity to learn a lot on the job, and non-senior management connects very well with the engineers. It's a very engineer-driven company.
No formal training is offered (i.e., Microsoft offers development tools to users). Senior management has made decisions without thinking them through.
A good CEO should have a strong engineering background, not just an MBA.
The process is online and has three rounds. The first two rounds are technical, and the third is with a manager. Questions asked covered problem-solving, puzzles, SQL, and some testing scenarios.
The process was quite swift, and the team members were great. I enjoyed the entire interview process. Overall, the team was really great. The recruiter was very helpful, providing insights on the team and assisting me throughout the process.
Took 5 rounds, 1 online coding test, and 3 technical rounds. The last hour round was good, but I was still rejected. The interview questions were based on: * Coding * Testing * Computer science knowledge * Database * Operating systems * Riddles
