Focuses on innovation. If you are willing, it allows you to explore new avenues of work. Of late, HR policies have improved a bit.
Differential treatment to QEs. Different policies are per geo. HR still does not have a great hold, especially in India.
Try to make policies consistent across geos and engineering groups, treating all resources equally.
