I have been working with Adobe for the last 7 months, and after coming from multiple service firms and Big 4, I would say the work culture here is absolutely the best. There are good products and good technical opportunities. You will be working with the best minds in the business, creating creative products for millions.
I've been working with the International Design Team, and the people are collaborative and understanding. You won't feel like you are the smartest person in the room.
Having permanent remote as an option might help in the long run.
