My manager has very poor skills and training. Even though I asked him to give me feedback during the year, he concluded that I am not working. This is because he expected fast feature delivery, but instead, I spent a lot of time creating a new microservice and customizing his frameworks. For more than six months, I've worked under pressure, between 12 and 16 hours per day. His conclusion was that I was lying during the daily meetings.
The quality of the line managers is very poor because of a period of rush for increasing the staff members.
