Can be very bureaucratic and slow to change. Often, different teams do not communicate well, even when their products rely on each other. Existing product teams can be very inclusive.
Encourage slimming down applications and let the platforms stand on their own merits without forcing users to install every last little thing. It pisses off users and makes development a huge pain in the ass.
