Salaries are not normalized, so even though the salary band for your grade is good, you may not be within it, and that is kind of unfair.

Little flexibility on working from home. A 40-hour week in the office is mandatory, even though you may be taking calls from home or working during the weekend, etc.
We probably have more people than we need.
Improve the facilities infrastructure (cafe, loos, pantries on each floor).
